Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Seasonal Scooper at our Chicago locations (Irving Park & Logan Square). This is a seasonal role running primarily from May through October 2026, with flexibility into the fall being highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
– Scoop and serve our Italian ice with accuracy and a smile
– Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
– Maintain a clean and welcoming store appearance
– Work collaboratively with our team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
– Positive attitude and strong work ethic
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to thrive in a busy, customer-facing role
– Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
– **Preferred:** Availability through August, September, and October
