We’re Hiring Seasonal (Fall) Team Members!
We are currently seeking energetic and dedicated individuals for seasonal positions from August through October 2025. Training is available immediately to prepare you for a refreshing season with us!
 
Job Summary
 
Miko’s Italian Ice is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as seasonal scoopers. You’ll serve our delicious Italian ice, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and contribute to our fun, friendly team atmosphere. This is a seasonal position from August through October 2025. 
 
 
Key Requirements:
  • Open availability is a must for August–October to ensure we can keep the good vibes and Italian ice flowing.
  • A positive attitude and a love for creating sweet experiences for our customers.
Note: Hiring for our summer season is currently paused as we focus on training new team members, setting schedules, and assessing staffing needs for all available shifts. However, we’re still accepting applications to keep on file for future openings!

Responsibilities
  • Scoop and serve Italian ice with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide excellent customer service with a smile
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Learn about our flavor lineup to make recommendations to customers
Qualifications
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability from May through August / September / October
Bonus Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the restaurant or service industry
  • Food handler certification
  • Knowledge of our catch-phrases and favorite flavors
