What We’re Looking For in Our Next Spot

We’re searching for the ideal Chicago location to set up our signature walk-up window. Here’s what we need:

•  Size: As little as 500 square feet—small but mighty!
•  Zoning: Must be zoned for business in the city of Chicago.
•  Location: Anywhere in Chicago, but not too close to our Logan Square or Irving Park shops.
•  Amenities: No kitchen required! We’ll install a walk-up window, triple dishwashing sink, and hand wash sinks.
