Points are awarded only on standard menu Italian ice (small/medium cups, etc.). Larger sizes (quarts and above), party packs, catering, merchandise, and special/custom orders do not earn points.
Maximum of 1 quart-sized item eligible per transaction (or equivalent — we exclude quarts and larger to keep it fair for everyday scoops).
Exclusions help us reward our daily neighborhood fans while managing bigger bulk/event orders.
Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire after 18 months (As of 4/1/2025)
We reserve the right to adjust the program with notice. Disputes resolved at Miko’s discretion.
